Here are the Top 20 Reasons why You can not lose weight…

  1. Can’t give up your snacking.
  2. Generous portion sizes.
  3. You’re not really hungry, but thirsty – but use food to satisfy the thirst.
  4. Eating late at night.
  5. Eating the kids leftovers.
  6. Age.
  7. Trying to lose weight alone, no support.
  8. No motivation.
  9. Not eating enough – yes, that will inhibit weight loss.
  10. Stress!
  11. Not enough sleep.
  12. Binging.  Regularly.
  13. You are depressed.
  14. Wrong goals.
  15. No water in your life.
