I’m back. After a looong hiatus, I am back. Hopefully for good.

So what have I been up to last few months?  Unfortunately, not a lot.  Haven’t really concentrated on weight loss or exercise — but GOOD thing is that I have NOT gained any weight.

I weighed myself this morning and am at 308lbs… and now, I’m “desperate” to get down to around 280lbs by the fall.  Yes, I realize that trying to lose 10lbs per month is not reasonable and in fact will probably get sick — so am shooting for a more conservative 3-5lbs per month which is probably more doable.

So I started this morning by going out for a brisk walk for 30 minutes.  This typically gets me about 1 mile.  I’ll try and do the same in the evening, but my son likes to come with me and it may be a bit much for the 5-year old so we’ll go bicycling instead.

Breakfast was healthy as well.  Two slices of thin sliced bread - that’s about 60 calories per slice and 2 tbsp of peanut butter which is about 180 calories.  Along with that was a cup of tea, without any sweetener or sugar.  I do add 2% milk as I can’t drink it black.

Lunch was left over cheeze & pineapple pizza.  Yummy!

Not quite sure what dinner will be…
