Hi All,
Just a quick note about this program. It is produced by the BBC, and here is the direct link to their website.

HIGHLY recommended! I found a wealth of information on the site. Here is something I found called Golden Rules.
- Healthy food - say NO to fizzy drinks, chips and sweets and other processed foods.
- Limit screen time - this include the computer and video games, not just limited to TV.
- Introduce a daily routine - time for meals, playing and sleeping.
- Structured activities - such as swimming lessons, or other sports. Not only does this help them socialize and build essential skills they need but they are kept active, not just their bodies but also their minds.
- Respect - lets kids have a say at the dinner table. Ask them about their day, get interested in what they are doing and experiencing.
- One-on-one time - kids really need this, especially in a big family. You’ve hear it before, quality time!
- Give children responsibilities - no, it’s never too young to start. Our son knows that in the morning he needs to bring down the water bottles that we’ve taken up the night before. He also knows his routine in the morning - washroom, brush your teeth, comb your hair and get ready for school. He can almost dress himself from head to toe. He’s also responsible for his own toys, books and other items. If they’re not where they should be — they go in the garbage. Tough love, but it works.

Enjoy!
Here is to your health,
