<description>Diet is one of the challenge of current life. Everywhere I browse on the interenet, I always see people asking how to lose xxx in 5 days. Then there tons of questions in the tea forum asking about can people lose way if they only drink tea and not eating anything. I love tea but drinking tea to lose that much weight is unhealthy and unwise. Good point that you have to have will power. You have to think that you will regret what you eat now 1 hour later. Everything needs will-power. Everything starts out slow but if you even make a slight progress , you will have enough motivation to reach the finish line.

<description>There are many studies that suggest oolong tea can help folks shed pounds. They kind of give the wrong impression though.

Hold your horses if you think that all you have to do is drink a few cups of oolong tea and the pounds will magically shed.

Proper eating habits as well as consistent exercise are the true culprits of calories! Drinking oolong tea or green tea only helps burn the calories, it doesn't do it all by itself.

And yes, loose leaf tea is much better by far!

<description>Heh - real tea. I usually drink loose tea. My wife is from Tanzania, and from time-to-time her family will send her loose tea. I do prefer the flavour of it, but find it needs to be boiled just right; and my wife has to make it. I tend to rush out in the mornings, so take the easy route.

However I will pop over to your site and have a look around.

Regards,

<description>I agree, most diets don't work. The key to losing weight for the longterm is thinking of your "diet" as a lifestyle change instead.

When you say "diet" - you're implying that you're only sticking with it temporarily. The statistics show that this is in fact true - most people only lose weight temporarily like you mentioned.

However, a lifestyle change means you're changing for life.

Losing weight isn't hard. It just requires a few simple disciplines used everyday.

Also, you should start drinking real tea instead of Tetley. Learn how to brew your own high-quality loose leaf tea - then you won't need sugar or milk, believe me.
