We’ve all been there. We are super motivated to lose weight, we get rid of our “fat” clothes. We toss the junk food, and start making healthy lifestyle choices.
3 weeks later we’re back to our old self.
Our motivation has gone. Finished. Kaput.
What the heck happened to it?
